Secondary Science | Biology

Secondary Science Biology Courses and network meetings for teachers and technicians. The following packages provide opportunities to network and learn with colleagues in the same role in other schools. The sessions are aimed at subject leaders and other key school staff. Each session is professionally facilitated by STEM consultants.

Biology for Technicians

This course is ideal for technicians supporting biology practical work, the course will run through some common tricky biology practicals and topics. We will explore how to prepare key biology practicals, where to source the materials, disposal and health and safety and top tips on making them work in the classroom. There will also be a range of new and novel practical to supplement the schools SOW.  This course will be delivered online, but will have many breaks throughout delivery.
