Leics & Northants Secondary Science | General Courses

Leics & Northants secondary science general courses and network meetings for teachers and technicians. The following packages provide opportunities to network and learn with colleagues in the same role in other schools. The sessions are aimed at subject leaders and other key school staff. Each session is professionally facilitated by STEM consultants.

Key Stage 3 Science fo Non-Science Specialists

Does your school have non-science specialist teaching science at Key Stage 3? Indeed, are you a non-science specialist teaching science?

This course is designed so that you will be able to teach pre-GCSE level science confidently whilst developing a repertoire of practical activities and embed working scientifically in your everyday teaching.

 

A Teacher Release Payment can be claimed for £100 for completion of both sessions by maintained schools.  Please email STEM@DTSA.org.uk before the course start date to claim.
